Engineering Surveying & Setting out

BK Engineering Consultancy are skilled and experienced in all aspects of engineering surveying and Site Setout and in addition to this we can carry out your survey, providing high-accuracy setting out of design elements of buildings and infrastructure using Real Time Kinematic (RTK), GPS and Robotic Total Stations. 

We use the latest survey equipment and software which enables us to offer a flexible approach to site set out.
We can accurately design a package to suit your job, whether it is a residential property or major buildings to roads or commercial developments or other civil engineering projects.   

We will take your design drawings, and generate the coordinates for a set out file.  This data can then be uploaded to our portable survey loggers. We then use our  total station instruments or our GPS units to accurately set out your design using flags, pegs or nails depending on your site. The site engineer/foreman can be provided with a map showing all points set out to assist in the interpretation of these points.
 
We supply competently skilled staff that set out with great competence. Setting out can be a fast one man operation using our latest equipment and technology, such as  Robotic Total Stations and GPS systems.  These are used to a high precision with strict checking measures in place.
